Vakama, mutated by the Hordika Venom

██ The Lhikan II crashes into the Le-Metru beach.
██ A lizard who saw the Toa Metru gets attacked by Visorak and saves itself by telling it that the Toa Metru have returned.
██ The Toa Metru encounter the Vahki and flee to the Moto-Hub, which has become full of Vahki. They are saved by the Rhotuka of a Visorak, because the Visorak have orders to take them alive.
██ Matau is attacked by a creature made of sound and defeats it with a vacuum. Later the Toa Metru discover that it was made by a mutant Lohrak.
██ Whenua realizes that the Visorak have attacked Metru Nui. Vakama gets angry with him and fights with Onewa over it. They travel through the Archives to the Coliseum to avoid the Visorak, and realize that most of the creatures which have come to Metru Nui were fleeing the Visorak.
██ The Toa Metru have various separate fights with the Vahki, Lohrak, and a few Visorak, which end with the Toa uniting and defeating all their foes. They realize that the Great Cataclysm altered the Vahki.
██ The Toa Metru are ambushed by Keelerak outside the Coliseum and are captured. Sidorak decides to dispose of them.
██ Roodaka convinces Sidorak that mutating and dropping the Toa Metru instead of just killing them will add to his glory. They are mutated into Toa Hordika, who are dropped off the Coliseum to a sure death, but are rescued by the Rahaga and are taken to their camp.
██ Matau wakes up and nearly attacks the other Toa Hordika when he does not recognize them.
██ The Rahaga Norik explains what happened, including that they can no longer use mask powers and are limited to using their Elemental Powers through their Rhotuka.
██ The other Rahaga introduce themselves and explain who Keetongu is.
██ The Toa Hordika start searching for parts to make an Airship, which is to be used to escort the Matoran to safety. The Rahaga train them and Vakama begins to feel constantly angry, attacking a group of Visorak.
██ The legend of the Mask of Light and the Makoki Stone is told to him.
██ Roodaka suffers extreme pain as she cuts off a part of Teridax's prison and places it in her chestplate.
██ Krahka sneaks into the Coliseum and fights Roodaka. She loses and is forced to serve the Queen of the Visorak.
██ The Toa start to search for dissembled Makoki Stone, to find the Mask of Light.
██ The Toa Hordika acquire a Visorak Battle Ram which they use as a temporary base. They find Krahka's planted evidence that they were never meant to be the real Toa, which damages their morale.
██ The Avohkii is found and encased in stone by Onewa because the light would have attracted Visorak.
██ Vakama decides to turn on the Toa Metru and rescue the Matoran by himself, but realizes it could never work. When Roodaka offers him a position as the new commander of the Visorak and possibly King he realizes this is what he needs and so he joins the Visorak.
██ The Rahaga find a scroll in the Great Temple that offers a hint to the location of Keetongu. It tells them to "Follow the falling tears until they reach the sky".
██ Vakama returns in the darkness and destroys the Great Temple after speaking to Norik and capturing the other Rahaga. He later takes them to Sidorak as a proof of his worthiness and he is appointed the commander of the Visorak horde.
██ The remaining Toa and Norik follow a river which starts at a waterfall to find Keetongu.
██ They find the river's end - a huge frozen structure that seems to reach the sky. They find Keetongu who says that he will help them in their quest. They attempt to rescue Vakama.
██ There is a huge battle in the Coliseum (The Battle of Metru Nui).
██ Norik rescues his fellow Rahaga and they join the Toa Hordika in the battle.

Keetongu fighting Roodaka and Sidorak

██ Roodaka injures Keetongu and convinces Sidorak to come down with her and check that the Rahi is dead. Sidorak is killed by Keetongu during the battle, as Roodaka deserts him.
██ Matau fights Vakama and eventually makes Vakama turn back to the light.
██ Vakama reveals his change of heart and orders the Visorak to disperse. They acquiesce as Roodaka betrayed Sidorak, their King.
██ Roodaka absorbs six Elemental blasts which hit Makuta's stone. This releases Makuta from his Protodermis Cage and she is transported away by him.
██ The Toa Hordika are transformed by Keetongu back to Toa Metru.
██ The Toa leave in six giant Airships with the Matoran and head to Mata Nui. The Rahaga and Keetongu begin to rebuild the city.
██ Vakama returns to recover the Vahi.
██ Vahi is stolen by Voporak, the Shadowed One, and his bodyguard.
██ Vakama is placed in a vision by Teridax, in an attempt to make him hand over the Vahi. Vakama breaks out of the vision, after having a vision of the future Toa Krakua via a Kratana.
██ Vakama teams up with Teridax to recover the Vahi.
██ Vakama battles Sentrakh and Teridax fights Keetongu. Both win their respective fights.
██ Battle between Teridax and the Shadowed One, begins, resulting in Teridax's wings being destroyed, the Shadowed One aged several thousand years and the commencement of the Dark Hunter/Brotherhood of Makuta War.
██ Vakama retrieves the Vahi, which is now orange from water erosion, and leaves Metru Nui.
██ Teridax agrees to leave the Matoran alone for one year in a confrontation with Vakama.
██ The Toa Metru hide Great and Noble Kanohi all over Mata Nui.
██ The Toa Metru give up Toa Power to awaken the Matoran, and transform into Turaga.
