The Hooks were the Toa Tools carried by Toa Mata Gali to channel her Water powers. They were just hooks, not extensions of her hands as many believe, and they allowed her to climb the cliff faces of Ga-Wahi with ease.

When Gali was transformed into a Toa Nuva by Energized Protodermis, the Hooks were transformed into Aqua Axes.

Gahlok Va used a similar hook that replaced their left hands for defensive purposes.

Example Usage

Gali used her Hooks to help her climb a large, rock spire, atop which a Kanohi Miru was located, on the Toa Mata's Quest for the Masks.

Set Information

The Toa Mata Gali set carried two blue hooks. The Gahlok Va set also carried one.
